This afternoon we had tremendous success with slammer bluefish...Acres of busting bluefish provided us with amazing light tackle action...poppers & swimming plugs got crushed over & over again. The striper fishing has been slow for the last few days but cooling water temps and a fresh influx of bait should spark some excellent fishing...no secret here..targeting stripers on the ledges with fast current is producing best as usual...another bright spot has been being out on the sand flats during the incoming tide...we've had some very good success with striped bass that have been feeding in some very clear shallow water.
Kennebec River "fishin magician" Ray Paradis reports seeing awesome tuna blitzes at location-x somewhere west of Seguin...when I can get a chance break away from doing striper/bluefish trips...I'll have to get out there to take a peak.
Still lots of great fishing left between now and mid October so please contact us to reserve a tide or two..
